1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Atlas Macro is an education project operated by PNJ Capital Ltd. These terms apply when you use the atlas-macro.com website, read or subscribe to the Atlas Macro newsletter, or use any related content (together, the "Services").

By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. What we provide

• The newsletter: a free daily email explaining how macroeconomic events move markets.
• The website: past issues, live macro data, explainers, a glossary and learning paths.
• The Sim: a simulation that teaches how finance works. It is in development, and separate terms may apply when it launches.

The Services are currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you the price and terms before you are asked to pay anything.

3. Educational content only, not investment advice

We describe how markets have behaved and why, so you can understand them. We do not know your circumstances, and you are responsible for your own financial decisions. If you need advice, speak to a regulated financial adviser. Atlas Macro and PNJ Capital Ltd are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to give investment advice.

4. Accuracy

We work to keep our content accurate, but markets move quickly and data can be revised. Parts of each issue are drafted with the help of AI tools and checked by automated quality controls, and mistakes can still get through.

Content reflects what we knew at the time of writing and may be out of date when you read it. If you spot an error, please tell us at the address below.

5. Using our content

You are welcome to read, share links to and quote short extracts from our content, with a credit to Atlas Macro and a link back. Please do not:

• Republish whole issues or articles, or sell our content
• Present our content as your own, or remove credits and copyright notices
• Scrape or bulk-download the Services, or try to disrupt them
• Use the Services for anything unlawful

6. Intellectual property

The content, design and software of the Services belong to PNJ Capital Ltd or its licensors. Data from third parties (for example FRED, the ECB and the World Bank) remains subject to their own terms.

7. Subscribing and unsubscribing

The Services are for people aged 16 and over. You can subscribe with your email address and unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. We may stop sending the newsletter to an address that bounces, or to anyone who misuses the Services. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

We aim to publish every morning and keep the website available, but we do not guarantee it. We may change, pause or stop any part of the Services at any time.

9. Our liability

The Services are provided free and as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Services, including investment losses or decisions made on the basis of our content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell subscribers by email about any significant change. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep any rights your local consumer law gives you.
